A Morning in Palma, Mallorca & The Arab Baths
Our first day together in Palma, we walked around, had breakfast and then visited the Arab Baths which are the only remaining evidence of the Muslim occupation of the island. Between 902 and 1229, the city was under Islamic control. They are dated to the tenth century. It costs two euros to get in and see the two structures and the garden. Well worth it.
Mallorca has been invaded a million times by many cultures. Read more about the history of Mallorca here.
Don’t see structures of this age, everyday!
